With more than 20 years experience in property development, Hargreaves Property Group has a highly skilled and dedicated team, with a proven track record in delivering quality land and commercial development projects for many of Australia’s well known brands.

Hargreaves Property Group has the commercial skill to carry out all aspects of the turnkey development of any project from acquisition to opening.

Network Development

Since 1996, Hargreaves Property Group has assisted many national retail clients expand their network development through research and gap analysis leading into site acquisition and then construction.

Development Management

Hargreaves Property Group has an established record of undertaking a development management role on behalf of existing land owners. HPG can deliver all aspects of the property development phase, and secure long term pre-commitments from our established national retail tenancy clientele.

In doing this, Hargreaves Property Group lock down all risk elements on behalf of the land owner prior to project commencement. HPG will then manage the process until full completion and lease commencement.

Greg Hargreaves

Greg founded HPG in 1996 and has been the driver of the business since that time. Since inception Greg has led the team to deliver development projects with a value in excess of $300 million across a broad range of commercial sectors in NSW, Queensland and Victoria.

The HPG team, under Greg’s guidance, continues to expand its operations by sourcing sound commercial development opportunities for an extensive network of tenants with whom successful partnerships have been forged over a long period.

Greg is also a founder of the MonSTaR Foundation, which is a charity that raises funds for Motor Neurone Disease as well as the STaR Association, which provides educational support for children with disabilities and special learning needs. Since 2007, Greg and the MonSTaR Foundation team have raised over $4,000,000.

Greg also over the past 20 years has and continues to be a regular volunteer at the Matthew Talbot Hostel in Woolloomooloo, a refuge for homeless men.
